We have clients willing to pay overtime for caregivers who go into overtime working with other clients. For years we've charged the overtime back to these clients as an expense. We of course walked them through all of this in the beginning. Are you able to factor that into the Cincinnati office caregiver margin? The team is doing the right thing and we'd like to see them rewarded if it moves the needle.
