Amanda was eligible for the commission guarantee based on a commitment to
right size her goals when she rejoined us and according to her and Timon
only one month was adjusted vs the following months as well.
I will process a 1 time payment for Dec based on the difference in what she
received vs what was paid out.

Hi Ashley
As we spoke about today on Amanda's coaching call, there was a conversation
with Denny regarding Amanda's rev. goal for Nov and Dec.. It was adjusted
in Nov but not for Dec 2024 and Denny indicated that he was working on
getting both it corrected as well as her commission for the month due to
the time spent getting cluster care implemented at Burlington Gardens.
Unfortunately, I do not remember the date of the coaching call but it was
mid January.
