Hey Sandra,

I just thought of someone I know who is actually doing this. He used to
work at CIUSSS and is now a consultant and ended up winning the bid for
Floralie Lachine and LaSalle. He'll know the name Home Care Assistance as
well as me and Nikita (we went by a few times to see him and bring him
treats). I even remember him saying one of his best friends is the person
who decides the contracts and is in that field!!
