We do have one account set up for invoicing as well, but it is not a manager account. Our agency's MCC is linked to it. We do have an old MCC account that is still active with Google but not actually active for any of our campaigns. We could potentially link it up to that if needed in order to get the Montreal account set up on invoicing. There are no payment profiles set up on it though either.
