Hi Tim and Timon,

Thank you for sending the invoice for June 2024.

Again, there is an issue with the address on the invoices not matching the company address that we have registered on the Purchase Order. Please ensure that the April, May and June invoices include:

  1.  The Company name: The Key Arya Health Living Inc



  1.  The company address: 104-375 University Ave E. Waterloo, ON, N2K3M7



  1.  The date of the invoice

Please ensure that there is no reference made to a US address, otherwise the currency will have to also be specified on the invoice. Please be aware that no invoices can be paid until these corrections are made.

Hi Tim,

Thank you for clarifying.

We have been advised that in order for our accounts department to process and pay the invoices, the name and address in our system for TheKey/Arya, and the name and address that billing put on your invoices need to match.

Please see the April invoice below which shows a Texas address and the vendor name TheKey.

Moving forward, our accounts department have also requested that your invoices include the date and state the currency.

Our local Waterloo corporate entity is called Arya Healthy Living Inc but we have a DBA for TheKey so it shouldn’t matter.

The address is not in Texas. It is in Waterloo.

     *   If it is now two separate companies, we will need to have a new vendor profile set-up with the correct information



  *   Company address – is it a Toronto or Texas address?  Please provide the address that should be used. I believe the address they had in their invoicing system was Toronto.
