French Committee meeting-date to save

Hi Timothy,

I hope your day went well. As the members of the French committee must meet regarding the Projet 5 Programme de francisation and sign it so Chantal can send it on September 5th, could you tell me if one of the following moments could fit your schedule, please?

  *   Tuesday, September 2nd,  2:15 p.m.
  *   Wednesday, September 3rd, 10:15 a.m.

Let me know please, and feel free to suggest other preferable timeslots, if needed. Once a date is settled, we will share an invitation to the Committee along with the agenda that you will review before.
