Carolina shared that people are going back to work and it's back to normal now. Leads are starting to pick up over the last couple of months. They are losing their staffing after today so they will see a drop in July. They have launched their website with the new branding. I asked about if they are seeing lower tier clients calling about services. Chuck shared that most have been slow to start with hours but have the potential to grow and expects them to as COVID lifts. He has had a lot of clients that are increasing service. Domenic shared that he is getting more and more calls from people that are calling for lower hours who they are referring off to another company. They have been getting some B and A leads coming in that look like they will start service. They feel challenged still based on the restrictions put on workers in the staffing solution business. They can only work within 1 facility and cannot have any other work other than in that facility. They also want them to have the testing done every couple of weeks to ensure they are negative. Zareena has seen a steady stream of calls coming in during and now post COVID. Many of those calls are coming from people that want to pull their parents from facilities and put them in home with help. James asked about referral marketing. Carolina shared that she has had several opportunities to meet with many activity centers and groups where they are tied into the community. Domenic shared that they have not been able to get people on Zoom but they do have someone come to their office from a senior living community. Domenic shared his story about buying ice cream for a local living residence. Carolina launched the speaker series and they just completed the first webinar last week with two more to follow. They have three different speakers, one for each webinar. They had 50 people register for the event and had a partner locally. They had great feedback from the participants and have already had calls asking about partnerships. Chuck asked who spearheaded this for them. Carolina shared that she reached out to Janine about it and worked with her and Meredith to work through how to set it up and how to get potential speakers. James asked about what everyone is doing to increase hours of current clients and also reaching out to make contact with the past prospects. Zareena shared that she is doing a mind fit with a facility via zoom and sent it out to their 2000 person email list. Domenic asked if he could be part of it and join in on one of the calls.
