In order to gain adoption of iCIMs and to fix some of the potential process issues, I would like to put together a panel of 12 recruiters that will meet weekly to discuss challenges / best practices in their adoption of the product. I am looking for 2 per division and would like a combination of both early adopters who have been using the technology and have great innovative ideas on how to improve it in addition to recruiters who are having challenges and are vocal about those challenges. The time commitment that will be required is an hour a week. In that hour, we will be asking for feedback on how they are using the technology. This panel will kick-off the week of 4/4.
