This now being on the contract is causing concern for her and wants it removed. I know it has caused alot of concern for the Vancouver team as it has never come up before. The role of Client Success is not 9-5 and both my team members know that and work longer days and longer weeks with no issue but this really is something Vanja is stuck on . Is this something that has to be there for all salary employees now? Let me know as I am not sure how to help her with this as she is saying she would not have come on board with the word "exempt" on her contract.
