I've included a screenshot below of the trend in conversion rate since January 2017. It appears that there is an annual spike in conversion rate from the start of fall (September or October) until January. This year's spike was paticularly high, so its dropoff is more obvious. I will continue to keep an eye on this, but I am comfortable attributing the drop to being seasonal. Please let me know if you think further investigation is needed.
