I had a few regions ask if lifeguard had its own slack channel. I talked this out with Meighen and Maryham and we all agreed that we see value in this. It could be a space for us to communicate various updates, celebrate wins, post new marketing material – I could utilize the Pin, and folder feature to save all current marketing material to the page, which would hopefully prevent offices from circulating outdated material. Also, hopefully it will be a space where the teams can come with questions and the answers I provide publicly to the slack group may help other regions that have had the same questions but haven’t asked.
For Chicago since they sadly do not use Slack, would I be able to create a TheKey Google Drive folder that the US teams have access to? It would house our current marketing material and training decks there as well. The intention is to have all vital Lifeguard material readily available and always only with the most current versions.
