Current NJ Team:
- GM - open position (Rachael moving to HCL on 3/28)
- Lead CCM -1 FTE - Noreen Fournier - making this change in the next 2
weeks, she is currently GM for Bergen.
- Intake - 1 FTE - Jacquie Therlonge
- Lead SMs - 2 FTEs -Tahira Gibbons - CNJ/SNJ, Nathaly Rubio -Bergen
- SMs - 8 FTEs - terminating 1 who we will not replace which will put us
at 7.
- Compliance - 1 FTE - Sandra Canion
- Recruiting - 3 FTEs( 1 is listed as an SM but moving to recruiter
after her maternity leave)
- Nursing - 6 FTEs
- Sales - 4 FTEs ( includes Rachael) plus offer out to a 5th HCL
22 non-sales FTEs & 5 sales FTEs which is what we are budgeted for 2022.
When we terminate the SM, we will be down to 26 but adding back a GM so we
will remain at 22 non-sales plus 5 HCLs.
Hopefully this makes sense.
