We have had to pull CGs from existing shifts/clients in order to stay in compliance. -The same CG being called to fill shifts without seeing if there were other options, which affects the quality of care on the shifts. (i.e. exhausted caregiver falls asleep during shift) -Providing lists of CG=E2=80=99s for a new start that was then passed on to= Frax, without referring to the list Abby had asked for a list of =E2=80=9Coffice on call preferences=E2=80=9D t= hat we are still working on. I believe that was Karla attempting to provide those preferences. I will work with her on a more formulated template moving forward. I can assure you none of the issues mentioned above had anything to do with the KC office. We have already addressed the issues with Abby and the on-call team. I do know there was some tension felt by Ali between her and Karla. I have spoken with both of them. I am in complete agreement that on-call has a tough job and making sure the clients are taken care of, is first priority! Below is an example of a template for =E2=80=9Coffice on-call preferences.= =E2=80=9D *Ubers allowed:* *Ubers billed to caregiver *(non-emergency shift): *Highest pay rate:* *Longest shift: * *Number of days CG should be allowed work in a row:* *Max OT: * *If new fast start SOC how far in advance should on-call staff *(non-emerge= ncy shift)*: * *Other notes for your office: * Thanks and enjoy your weekend too!
