The "Default Page" box was filled in See screenshot below. This should only be used if you have multiple hompages. This field is rarely used nowadays. It pretty much only comes up when someone's homepage is www.domain.com/index.php. I've removed it, which should clear up this issue in the future, but historical data will remain the same.
