Are the charges you're concerned about currently on your card? If yes, no action is needed at this time as we'll retain your card. If they're on another employee's card it'd be good to move them to yours. Let me know if you need some near-term room for charges coming over to you and I'll take care of it. Best solution is to have those recurring charges going straight to our AP department. Can you send me the bills you're getting now on a recurring basis? I will take a look at what we can do.
