As we continue merging Canada office processes and procedures, I have created a collaboration folder where you can access required hiring documents to help streamline the hiring process and ensure HR can support you effectively. *Folder: *HR-Canada Process-HR/Leader Collaboration (click here ) *Resources in the folder* - *Interim Employee Hiring Process- Canada* - Outlines the support and process of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding for Canada Office leaders, Human Resources, Ta= lent Acquisition (TA), and Onboarding teams. - As we continue to streamline systems and processes, I will keep this document updated. - *Employee Hiring Form* - Canada Office leaders are responsible for submitting this form to the Talent Acquisition team when they have approval to hire an employee as part of the hiring process. - *New Employee Information Form* - Each new Employee should complete and submit this form to the HR Onboarding team upon hire. This will ensure that the correct information is entered for the team member and their payroll and employment is activ= ated correctly as part of the hiring process.
