You will notice there are clients and caregivers that display "Incomplete" in the paid hours, expense and margin data. This is to indicate where we do not have the full data set from Workday for these individuals. We are continuing to partner with HRIS and Data Engineering teams to help fill in the pieces. - This is only looking at hourly clients defined as clients with shifts that are paid and billed at an hourly rate. - For sites that are not on Workday (Concierge and Canada), ClearCare data is displayed as the source of truth for expenses. - You are able to filter this report by region, site, service line, shift week, couples care, legacy client, and specific caregiver names - couples care flag = true where there is a tag on the client profile in ClearCare for "Couples Care" - legacy client =true for any client who started prior to 4/1/2023 when the OT policy changes occurred last year - caregiver name filter will allow you to see all the clients a particular caregiver supported as this dashboard is currently grouped by client Please reach out if you have any questions!
