She is very caught up in the fact that it is an offer letter for a new title but there is no new salary. The history here is she was an HR assistant and then with the new model she became a Caregiver Ambassador but there was much more to the role than she previously did but no salary change. She feels comfortable with the new role but is not happy about making $53,000 per year with the extra work she has been doing for over a year. I am not sure of the range of pay for this role as Tim and I have not spoken about it but it might help for me to help her understand if she is within range and with the merit increases she will go up. I have shared that merit increases are coming and everyone is in the same place but she is adamant it is not about the "merit" it is about her salary and the increased workload . Tim is away until next week so I do think we need an extension here as she will not sign this at this time Let me know if we can wait a bit until Tim is back and we can discuss Kind regards Sharon Sharon, Speirs Canadian Staffing Manager 778 279 3634 TheKey.ca [image: TheKey] --000000000000f3b0200610425d66 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Kristen I am reaching o= ut as I have an employee who has not signed her docusign for the role chang= e.
