At this point, I think the only option that doesn't involve granting me additional permissions for Slack or Google Docs would be to send an email with the overflow data. But given that you are already receiving an email notification with all the form data, I am guessing that wouldn't be too helpful. Or, as previously mentioned, I could create the docs in the montrealsoinsadomicile@gmail.com gmail account, and you can copy the ones you want to retain over to your Drive. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.
