He does not answer our emails. We have a signed agreement with him from the last time he used our services which is on file and has his address etc. We have sent the new Visa to use to the billing department, they asked for a zip code and we sent that as well. We are NOT going to get another signed agreement from him as he is not returning our email or our calls but I know the credit card is good and Cathy resent everything again on Monday.
