We are expecting an additional 150-180 weekly hours, but are still nailing down a final schedule for one of the clients. We did successfully secure daily overnights as a win-back client. Unfortunately, one of our long term clients passed away (41hr/wk). Leads and opportunities have been slow. We are seeing lots of families only interested in minimum hours and 4 hours per shift. The four hour shifts put added pressure on scheduling with our caregiver shortage.
