At this point, and for some time, we have been at the mercy of Canada Life's internal timing/processes for resolving this issue. The most important point from their last update (received 1/3 and copied below) is that any claims that have been incurred while the policy was in the process of being reinstated can be submitted for reimbursement. I've pinged our Canada Life representative again this morning for an update. In addition, I continue to lean on the Broker for this policy in hopes they might assist in getting the issue resolved. As I receive updates, I will be sure to let you all know ASAP. *Canada Life update from 1/3:* The reinstatement is in process, it will take some time to reinstate coverage as we have to go through multiple departments for the coverage to be reactivated. However, I can assure you it is in process. Once it has been reinstated, any claims that have been incurred while the policy was terminated, can be submitted for reimbursement. Once I have an update, I will forward the information to you. More to come...
