For an acquisition where the CCM is coming over with an existing book of business, all clients that are already on service are all tagged to pay the 12 month retention bonus and the CCM is now eligible for the standard CCM bonus which pays out by usage level and duration on all new clients. We have made some concessions on a case by case basis as needed to bridge the transition for the CCM. For an acquisition that is tucking into another office and the current CCM is taking on additional clients, we have made bonus adjustments/concessions on a case by case basis. In this communication, I am not sure which case we are talking about. On Tue, Feb 22, 2022 at 9:23 AM Ken Citron wrote: > Michele- is that how we have been handling for acquisitions?
