The template provided cites the requirement for a LOC to conform to the requirement set forth in the =E2=80=9C*Employment Standards Act, 2000 *and or the *Employment Protectio= n for Foreign Nationals Act, 2009=E2=80=9D*. So have you all provided a standing letter of credit in the past, or is this a new thing? I would have expected you would have had to provide before=E2=80=A6 Thanks, *From:* Timothy Thomas *Sent:* Thursday, August 3, 2023 11:43 AM *To:* Laszlo Kovacs *Cc:* Sean Cygan ; Belle Chen *Subject:* Re: Ontario - Temporary Help Agency and Recruiter licensing Application Ok I found it but it's in french. So I did some digging on the Ontario site and here are the specific instructions - https://www.ontario.ca/page/licensing-temporary-help-agencies-and-recruiter= s#section-4 They provide a template for the letter, see attached. We went through this a few years ago in Montreal. The province of Quebec did the same. Its to dissuade smaller agencies from engaging in crooked staffing practices. Is it based on a risk assessment that performed on TK or something? Understand the need for a license, just not sure if we can accommodate the request for a letter of credit. Let me ask around and confirm one way or the other, and I=E2=80=99l= l circle back to you. Regarding the other Finance questions, here to help however I can. Shoot over the list of questions and I=E2=80=99ll get going on respons= es for those.
