Please watch this sh= ort video tutorial (LINK HERE) for step by step instructions on how to use the SAP List Template. *_______________________* *#1 - New SAP Dashboard in Salesforce* *We are officially moving away from individual SAP Lists per quarter in Salesforce and upgrading to a single SAP Dashboard you can use quarter after quarter!* - This new dashboard is your new source of truth for viewing all of your SAPs for the current and upcoming quarter, including SAPs that are approved, rejected, pending approval and pending submission. - This dashboard makes it very clear which of your SAPs you still need to create, submit for approval, or make revisions on. It also gives you insights on the Referral Channel mix to ensure you reach the 30%+ Truste= d Advisor mix (6+ Trusted Advisor Referral Accounts). *HCL - Strategic Account Plan Tracking Dashboard (LINK HERE)* *Please Watch: HCL SAP Tracking Dashboard 4 Minute Tutorial (LINK HERE) * *#2 - Advancing Strategies Auto Creating Events * *Once your SAP is approved, an Event will be auto created on the Referral Account and will populate on your Salesforce calendar for the date indicated on the SAP. * - This will eliminate duplicative efforts documenting the action strategy on the SAP and again as a separate Event on the Account. - Once the Event is marked as completed (Meeting Outcome notes populated), that will trigger the checkbox on the SAP to be marked as complete. - *This will eliminate the manual step for you to navigate back to their SAPs to mark your advancing strategies as complete throughout t= he quarter.* - *Important Tip*! It is very important to be mindful of the advancing strategy date you select on your SAP's as well as making sure the strate= gy is very specific and actionable. - The Event will default to 7am to prompt you to input the correct time once the Event is confirmed.
