That is what the worksheet is showing now. Chuck made a decision before Phase I went live that we would not maintain a geographic salary structure below 100% (even though there are plenty of locations in the US too that pay below the US National Average). I pulled the attached differential analysis this morning, and several locations are very close to the US National average, but there are also several significantly below. Here's the thing - when I look at where the Canadian employees are paid now, I think they're fine on Schedule A. Let me know if you think otherwise - we can be flexible. Also FYI, I have not seen any instances of us lowering anyone's salary - I see there are several on here above the max, and that's a typical outcome of this exercise.
