So far so good - we like the volume of candidates generated, but then again at the moment this market isn't tight for talent, so anyone like indeed etc would probably produce similar results. The team is happy with the functionality. Cost is about neutral with Indeed - we don't have to spend anything extra with Jazz for boosting etc, where we quickly fell from page 1 on indeed. *Carolina:* We have been using JazzHR since March 2020. The platform offers different services such as postings, hiring flow status, documentation signature and reports. We have our postings there; they gather candidates from other portals and send you the resumes, but we haven't received many, maybe just a couple. We upload the resumes received from other sources and convert the applicants into candidates to follow the process. For the hiring flow, we are using our own system to screen candidates as the resumes arrive, schedule interviews and orientation right away, so we do not use their tracking system. JazzHR is very useful to get the candidates' signature for documentation; the system even sends them reminders if they haven't signed. *Chuck: *We have used Jazz HR for almost a year now - we connect it to the Calendly platform for ease of appointment scheduling. For our market we don't have any issues with the platform - we continue to refresh our ads so they pop up to the top, which may help us with recruitment. You have to commit the time to learn the platform and how to navigate through the jobs but their support as I remember was helpful in customizing our workflow into the process. *Domenic:* We've been using JazzHR since Feb 2020.
