I think a lot of push back recently with rate increase, assessment nurse fees, etc would potentially ruffle feathers of current clients but think it would be something we can roll out for new clients? The offices that previously charged for PPE, most of the clients are no longer with us (passing etc since we paid for it with the introduction with COVID) so our current client census will not be familiar with a charge like this. I know that it is an OHSA requirement they have gloves so we want to make sure the caregivers always have the correct supplies to do the job.
