The CGs in Canada are not working full time so we are not getting = enough utilization. (see below for %age full time). Theory here is = that you have CGs sitting on the bench who should get more hours vs. = going out and replacing with new 2. They are not working a lot of OT hours and that is actually favorable = to the model because a lot of times we pay OT but don=E2=80=99t bill it 3. GM isn=E2=80=99t much of a factor in the score 4. The %age of CGs who are working in your pool is high, we just need = them to get more hours. =20 If you have additional questions, I have looped in Ben who created the = model. Hope this helps. =20 Thanks =20 Kerry =20 From: Timothy Thomas =20 Sent: Tuesday, September 27, 2022 7:52 AM To: Kerry Sirkka Subject: Re: FW: Scorecard for cohort class =20 Hey Kerry, =20 I'm following up on my previous email. I would love to get your thoughts on it because it shows = where we believe we need more CG Recruiters (highese scores) vs. those = who do not (lowest scores). This is based on hours worked, %age full = time, GM, and what %age of the working pool are working.
