Otherwise, we could also just invoice the client for the 10k placement fee as a separate invoice. That is usually our typical first step and we monitor from there as far as a client's willingness to pay, etc. We could then also send a demand letter to the client if the client doesn't pay the invoice, but historically we have not filed lawsuits over the placement fee with individual clients.
