This puts us pretty solidly under that curve. I'm not sure if you have access to which dots are which but just want to make sure I'm accurate here and am not to expect a call to justify our numbers next week! Thanks! ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Tad Smith Date: Fri, Mar 4, 2022 at 5:06 PM Subject: CONFIDENTIAL =E2=80=94 IMPORTANT NOTE ON PRODUCTIVITY AND REGIONAL LEADERSHIP MEETING To: Dear WBR Participating Colleagues, You may recall our Weekly Business Review meeting this past week where we looked at the labor costs as a percentage of revenue. Attached is the scatter plot graph that Rebecca created and that I walked us through, but this one has been modified to show a redline that looks like steps (and we eliminated the gold curve from the graph). As a reminder, each blue dot represents one of our business units. The blue dot=E2=80=99s position on the y-axis (the up-down scale to the left) i= s the % of labor costs (including everyone in Bamboo attached to the unit but excluding caregivers) of January revenue. Each blue dot=E2=80=99s position= on the x-axis (the left-right scale at the bottom) represents the amount of revenue in the month of January for that blue dot. As you can see, there are a number of blue dots above the red line and many below it. If your blue dot is below the red line, then you are operating at a, for now, acceptable level of efficiency and we will ask you to maintain that level or improve it where you see opportunities to reduce waste. If your blue dot is above that line, then we will be in touch with you shortly to show you exactly how we calculated your position (to make sure there are no errors!) as well as to discuss with you any unusual or extenuating circumstances and then to align with you on a target efficiency improvement to implement with dispatch. As this effort is on a short time frame (you will hear from us next week), and we do not want to distract us from our growth coming out of Omicron or our need to implement efficiencies where required, I have also decided that we will postpone once again the April Regional Leadership Meeting until later in the year when we have more bandwidth to make sure it is a great event! To those of you who are below the red line on the graph, thank you for maintaining and improving our productivity. To those of you who are above it, thank you for your forthcoming engagement and cooperation. To those of you who are disappointed that we will not be together in Florida in April, I am very sorry f
