In addition, we do a lot of balancing off -E.g if a caregiver works more than 40 hours/week but less than 80 hrs/week, we don't pay OT. In addition, if they are OT one pay period, but won't be OT next PP, we balance off their hours and just add their OT hours as regular hours in the next PP. Some creative maneuvering lol. Does that make sense? So what is reflected here is not necessarily what is reflected in payworks.
