I've taken a run at a scope of work proposal, attached. I framed it into th= ree buckets: - Creating a content strategy and a clear plan. I'm big on plans. What's w= ritten down - and measured - gets done, and I'd love to put together a sing= le-frame overview that maps out what you'll be saying, to which audience, t= hrough which channel, and when. I also built in some thoughts on your own p= ersonal brand, which could be a source of untapped potential you want to di= p into. I suggested doing this for a six-month time frame, and then you can= re-assess how it's going and make tweaks accordingly. - Creating the content for the newsletter and the website on a monthly basi= s. I think it's wise to connect your content between the two. It'll be more= efficient to produce, and it will help amplify the impact. A feature lengt= h newsletter article can be the theme of the web content for a two-week per= iod. You can drive people to your site by them reading the longer story/art= icle, and then clicking through to a shorter version framed as more practic= al tips, best practices, resources, questions to ask, etc. (where they hope= fully nose around your different services, and other info, at the same time= ). And all of this can be amplified through your social media channels. We'= d build your key SEO words right into all of this content to ensure it supp= orts your digital presence, both organically and through anything you're pa= ying for presently. Normally, my rate for straight-up content creation of t= his nature/number of hours would be about $2K per month (at about 140-150$ = per hour), but I've offered it here a bit below that, as I'm keen to dive i= n. Again, I framed this over a 6-month period which gives you a chance to a= ssess how it's all going and make tweaks accordingly for the second half of= the year. - Carrying out the in interviews and writing the related story/case study f= or your Alzheimer's society project. I really love this kind of work, and m= y speciality is finding that hook, or personal anecdote, that pulls the rea= der in and keeps them engaged. This would be a really neat project to work = on, and I've provided a cost as though we'd be doing them on a one-off basi= s, as they arise. I never want a conversation to start and end with a number on a piece of pa= per so let's definitely chat once you've digested these ideas! I'm looking = forward to continuing the conversation with you. For now, thanks again for considering me! Have a great day and let me know = when you'd like to chat next. Best, AO
