The reduced rate which Mr. Thomas quoted you does not change depending on the time of day. If you wish to try to keep the same caregivers with your mother, then I would suggest 2 -12 hr. shifts/day. We may still be required, however, to introduce new caregivers for the overnights. We do have a live-in option where 1 caregiver would spend up to three consecutive days to be replaced by a second caregiver who would then do 4 consecutive days. This option is only available if the caregiver has a private room to sleep. None of the caregivers that your mother currently has do live-in work. Please advise me as to how you would like to proceed.
