Please note that we have a minimum shift length of 4 hours. In addition, after discussing with Timothy, we have decided that we will bill (and pay Leah) for at least *16 hours/week.* We have a minimum of 20 hours of care per week for all of our clients. This is what Leah was promised when services began in November. We feel that enforcing 16 hours per week is a good compromise.
