Please se= e our comments below: AIG Foreign Package Binder * Policy Level * Coverage Territory-Amended (Excluded Locations) – likely t= o state exclusion of Russia/Belarus/Ukraine which was portfolio move but we= have seen movement on AIG side to be silent in the event the client has ze= ro exposure in those territories. Could look to get that removed assuming n= o exposure exists. * Coverage Territory-Amended (Included Locations) – not able= to tell what this includes, but in my experience, this would typically car= ve-back cover to include Canada but would need the master policy to be cert= ain. * Limited Coverage for Designated Operations – need the poli= cy to understand how the underwriter is limiting cover, but want to review = to ensure we are comfortable with wording used. * General Liability * Medical Expense limit raise to 100K. Really should be throw-in. * Exclusion-Various Professional Services – review of wordin= g needed to ensure we are comfortable with it. * FVWC/EL * Strong recommendation to change here, unless there is alternative = strategy I am unaware of: * Zero coverage for US Nationals (e.g. US citizen working in UK),= Third Country Nationals (e.g. German working in France), or Local National= s (e.g. Canadian working in Canada) at all. Really would expect these indiv= iduals to be covered even if no exposure exists (e.g. no US National payrol= l yet still cover on if any basis). * This coverage line is only covering US Travelers & Canadian Travel= ers (when travelling outside their country of origin). * Travel Accident & Sickness * Include coverage for TCNs and LNs when travelling outside their co= untry of origin * Medical Expense limit of 50K is a good limit but is most definitel= y the premium driver of this coverage line, so if premium saving were of in= terest, lowering this limit should have tangible impact to overall pricing. * Kidnap Ransom * Could look for 1M coverage option and would likely be small additi= onal premium spend for 4X limit. Canada Stand-Alone Coverages * The locals appear to be well structured with no obvious changes neede= d. I think the only caveat being what the impact would be to the limit stru= cture/T&Cs when looking to roll into
