Below you will find a timeline with due dates to help you prepare your Q1 Top 20 SAPs as well as an immediate action item for this week. Please review the timeline below and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. We will be sending calendar invites to remind everyone of the due dates as well. As we did for Q4 prep, we are levering our incredible Referral Account Momentum Report on Tableau Cloud for SAP selections=E2=80=94 in addition to a new SAP Lookb= ack report that your Sales Leader will walk you through. Sales Leaders and HCLs will review current Q4 Top 20 SAP account performance and any non-SAP referral accounts you may want to consider as replacements for the upcoming quarter. ________________________ Timeline and Due Dates of SAP_________________ _______ ***IMMEDIATE NEXT STEP FOR ALL HCLs THIS WEEK** Prior to your SAP coaching call next week, use the Referral Account Momentum Report to self assess your current Top 20 SAP's performance. Make a copy of THIS TEMPLATE (Click File --> Make a Copy --> and include your name in the title) and document your own suggested Q1 Top 20 SAP list and share the document with your Sales Leader prior to the date of your coaching call next week. This step promotes an efficient and effective SAP building session with your Sales Leader. Please watch this short video tutorial (LINK HERE) for step by step instructions on how to use the SAP List Template. * [image: image.png] [image: image.png] Week of 12/2: HCLs to fill out a copy of the SAP List template document to pre-populate their suggested Q1 SAP List. HCLs to share the document with their Sales Leader prior to the date of your coaching call next week. Video tutorial LINK HERE . Week of 12/9: HCLs and Sales Leaders to align on Q1 Top 20 SAP accounts and advancing strategies for each account in coaching calls through Friday 12/13. Start creating your Q1 SAP's in Salesforce after attending your coaching call. Week of 12/16 HCLs to complete SAP detail entry for each of their 20 accounts in Salesforce. Use the "Submit for Approval" button to send each of the 20 SAP's to your Sales Leader for review. DUE DATE: Friday 12/20: HCLs to submit all Q1 Top 20 SAP's for approval by EOD. Use the "Submit for Approval" button to send each of the 20 SAP's to your Sales Leader for review. Week of 12/23: Sales Leaders to review SAP submissions and work on any adjustments needed with their HCLs.
