Sumira and Myself we calculate manually the SFMC hours . So we are calculating them from 21.4hours x number of hours that week and charge SFMC that amount. Remaining amount goes to family. If youre saying the rate changed in April, there is going to be huge adjustments now for invoices from April 1-14. But what we are going to do is keep everything the same and and change rate from April 15 onward.
