My computer cr= ashed a while back and I thought I had recovered everything but as I was goi= ng through my Home Care Assistance file, and have nothing more than a pay da= te list and a welcome letter that included my password for pay stubs, I am n= ot sure if I ever received a copy of my contract or if I had lost it with al= l of my technical issues.
