Like all users, please have him use his work email address: rbehl@thekey.com to login and when prompted for a Password, please have him instead click on the "Login Using Google" icon and log in to his work email account. I have not added him to any ring groups, so if that needs to be done, please let me know. As you are currently using an answering service, please just make sure that your answering service also has Robin's information as they'll likely be the ones reaching out to him after hours.
