This will take place on May 16th. What You Need to Do 1. Review the Report: Please check the "Caregivers Last Paid Shift" report in Tableau by 8:00 PM EST on Thursday, May 15th. You can find instructions on how to filter and download the report by clicking here . 2. Complete State Paperwork (If Needed): If any caregivers on the report are not scheduled for a future shift and haven't worked in 151 days (as = of May 15th), your office will need to complete their state offboarding paperwork. 3. We'll Handle Federal Paperwork: HR will manage all federal offboarding paperwork. 4. Deactivate from CareAcademy: Once you receive the final deactivation list on Friday, May 16th, please ensure these caregivers are deactivated from CareAcademy. Reaching Out to Caregivers HR will send a text message on May 14th, Wednesday to caregivers whom are facing deactivation. The message will read: TheKey: We=E2=80=99ve missed you! Please contact your local office by 3/15 = to pick up a shift or you=E2=80=99ll be deactivated on 3/16. We value your service! Need Help?
