Leveraged contact at Cambridge Hospital to speak to the Manager of HCCSS in the hospital. Received the Private Home Care List for Waterloo Region. Discussed the possibility of a virtual meeting with HCCSS Care Coordinators. I suggest= ed partnering with a few other Home Care to co-present for optimal time and engagement for HCCSS staff. They can not endorse a company but can gain knowledge on the local private options available. This idea was well received. - Plum tree/Mint Memory.
