We have had multiple experiences where families mention intake tells them the lowest starting rate as their quote in general. If we quote anything differently, it becomes more difficult to recover them as a client. There tends to be confusion on hours and rates with CareScout cases. Their rates are, also, lower than we would ever quote in house.
