We hope you are enjoying this weekly sales communication. Many of our corporate teams meet for "Team Huddles". Last week we began sharing some of their tips and thought to continue with a few more solid suggestions: 1. What meeting topics have seemed to be popular? What are the meetings that are getting the best attendance? - Meeting Partnered with my local ALCA Chapter for CEU Credit, and the Guest Speaker is a Stanford Doctor! - Social Isolation - Cognitive Impairment - How to gear up to get through COVID, how are we moving forward? - Add a Desk Scavenger Hunt to the top of the meeting. Don't tell the attendees you're doing it, just tell them they need to attend the mee= ting sitting at a desk. Then open up the call with the scavenger hunt for a $20 gift card! (examples, stapler, business card, paper clip, etc). - Tip: Partnering with other services to expand our network to get better attendees. Or even leveraging other HCL's networks since many meetings are virtual and can be joined by anyone. 2. What resources are you connected with and often referring out? How are you leveraging being a community resource? - Leverage your Staffing Managers and CCM's on who needs a referral! They know your clients conditions and updates on status on an ongoing basis! Making sure to ask them about the needs of our clients so that= we can cross-refer. #teamwork - Referring out to: Home Health, Placement Agencies, GCM's, Trusted Advisors/Financial, House Call Doctors 3. Have you found ways to create value for a referral source using social media besides the spotlight campaign? - Tagging referral sources in posts has been huge - Commenting on and Sharing what they're posting then messaging leads to a warmer intro and higher success rate in booking meetings. - Taking photos at my meetings and tagging the person and their company on my posts - they love it! Makes them look good. - Recorded interview with a Care Manager In addition, here are recommendations on timely actions to grow your referral network. The 36th Annual ALCA National Conference is kicking off soon and we have the pre-attendee list ready for you to leverage! Please see the below strategy and the attached excel of attendees. *Happy Hunting!!! =F0=9F=91= =8F* Here is a link to the Conference Agenda so you're in the know.
