She is really great with both my parents, thank you for sending her. She does a few extra things we really appreciate. Most notable is she gives my father a second sponge bath before getting him ready to sleep and she also will wake him up when she comes in to make sure his position is moved which is important for his pressure sores. Would it be possible to ask Arthur to do the same. To give him a second sponge bath before he is put to bed and to wake him to move his position when he arrives rather than wait until he wakes up ? We would also know if it would be possible to increase Rachel=E2=80=99s hou= rs so we can avoid the overtime for Arthur ?
