Sincerely, North lodge employees are very disrespectful when it comes to the agent staff. There was an issue that happened on Friday. I was on my shift which was 7am to 3pm while one of our staff (Chrispa) was on a shift for 9am to 9pm. Chrispa was in charge of the kitchen while I was in charge of housekeeping. I was in the washroom cleaning when i heard a noise from the kitchen. It was one of the North Lodge staff (Her name is Rukky) she was shouting and mentioning agency staff. So, i left the washroom to see what was happening. On getting to the kitchen, i heard her asking her colleague (Her name is Sree) of Chrispa and her colleague responded that Chrispa had gone for break. Meanwhile the residents just had their lunch this was about 2.08pm whereas Chispa informed Sree a staff of North Lodge that he was going for break. After Sree told Rukky that Chispa had gone for break, she started shouting saying *"AGENCY STAFF SHOULD NOT COME HERE AGAIN**" *From my understanding she was upset that Chrispa did not tell her personally instead he told Sree. While Sree was letting her know that Chrispa told her= . Immediately she altered that statement i left there and retured back to my duty. I later went to check on Chrispa to know what actually transpired but met him in a very bad mood so i did not bother asking him further questions= . Rukky is very disrespectful and arrogant. I try as much as possible to avoid her. She makes noise a lot and always look down on agency staff. Generally, the employees of North Lodge look down on agency staff and with all honesty they don't do their work. They leave all the work for agency staff. All of them act as the boss but that is not the problem, we are there to do the work. My major concern is RESPECT. I believe we all have a responsibility to actively communicate in a respectful and professional manner. I would rather leave with my dignity intact to avoid issues. I have encounter so many attitudes from the staff that i try to av
