Only 1 of those emails were answered. I had left him multiple unreturned messages. I have a cellphone number for the SAPA team and he responded to that when I left the message there. In April I spoke to Sven about re-evaluating your parents and I believe we were all successful in doing so as the hours were upped to 20. At that point we discussed Stephania getting on the program and I texted Joanne about getting the information to organize it upon which I didn't hear back. In early June I reached out to Sven and had no response. At this point George was made aware and finally got in touch with Melissa. This is the best timeline I can give at this point.
