Local office oversight - We have completed one month of SOM. Where do we stand regarding operational oversight and support for local team members? 2. Hiring campaigns across the country - what are Q4 goals and do we have the roster to support that? 3. Create a fast-track training program for new hires (With less than 2 yrs of experience). Ambassadors should take the lead on this. Leverage Care academy, job shadowing and in-person training(where possible) to accomplish this. *(long-term vision)* *Montreal Caregiver Roster (action required)* We need to clean up the active caregiver roster. My observation is that schedulers and care managers cannot leverage the new hires to their potential due to the sheer volume of caregivers. We can deactivate staff based on the last worked carelog. My recommendation would be to keep only the caregivers that worked in 2022 and deactivate the rest. This will bring the ACTIVE caregiver roster to under 500. We should see better responses from staff most recently worked and make life a little easier for schedulers and care managers. Thoughts? *Recruiters* I plan on assigning the payroll burden for Geetanjali Pandey to Toronto and Navdeep Kaur to Oakville operations. I can advise Hua to assign Geetanjali's cost to the Winnipeg/Calgary market and Navdeep for Toronto/Montreal. Are you good with this split? *ICIMS* I have all the documents from the different markets. Instead of uploading these to the shared folder, should we defer it until we standardize all hiring documents? Are we still on track to roll out ICIMS in the new year? *Laptop* - Can you order a laptop for me? I have an old one, and it's reaching its limits. If you can have it shipped to my home address that would be great. *PTO* - I'll be away on October 7th. I'll have my phone in case you need anything.
