For example- increase Sherri hours to reduce = Foluke evening hours. Result- no overtime.=20 In the meantime, as a family: 1) We will be approaching our current team and asking them to increase = their hours- which will reduce the overtime and agency hours but solve = the overtime problem while maintaining familiar faces. 2) We will begin exploring a live-in caregiver for overnight and evening = hours. Reducing the role of the agency but ensuring our mother has a = consistent and familiar face in the home at all times. We appreciate your support and continue to really like the staff you = have provided to date. We are looking forward to your response regarding = these options. With thanks, Kelly > On Aug 22, 2023, at 3:25 PM, Timothy Thomas wrote: >=20 > Hi Kelly, >=20 > As you discussed with Maria earlier today we need to modify the = schedule and introduce a new member to your care team.
