I would say that we are ready for 8x8 training to be scheduled if either of you are able to coordinate in setting that up with a best date/time for the local team. I have an existing training this Friday morning at 10am EST if you'd like to jump on that one to combine teams but if not, I do also have a lot of Thursday morning timeslots open. My Monday and Tuesday schedule next week is also very open. Please let me know some options that work for you and your team and we can get that scheduled. After we do the training, we can work on setting up a Go-Live date in which you will need to provide me the phone numbers that are marketed/shared publicly that we will then need to forward to 8x8 so that all calls are routed into our new phone system.
